Head Chef, Mikko Kataja's, menu is resolutely British, sourced from independent producers and changing on a regular basis according to market availability. The a la carte menu offers contemporary seasonal dishes including chilled cucumber soup with Colchester crab, Slow cooked suckling pig with carrots, liquorice and wild chervil and Roast cod with octopus and English chorizo. To finish, Mikko's indulgent selection of desserts are sure to tempt you: Chocolate Brownie, pecans, Guinness ice cream and Raspberry scones with clotted cream ice cream.

As well as the a la carte there is a set menu available for lunch and dinner priced at £19.50 for two courses and £24.50 for three courses.
